What data I collect
This site is a static portfolio. There are no contact forms, member areas, carts or newsletter sign ups. I do not collect personal details automatically.
If you email or call me, I process the data you choose to share: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
Browsing data
For the service to run, the hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the request and the page requested. This data is used for security and diagnostics and is not used to identify you.
Purposes and legal basis
Replying to your enquiry: the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation EU 2016 slash 679.
Keeping the site secure and working: the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f).
Technical storage of your preferences such as theme and language: the legal basis is the legitimate interest in giving you the experience you chose.
Who receives the data
Data may be processed by the hosting provider that serves the site and by the email provider, appointed as processors where required. I do not sell, rent or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Email services may involve a transfer of data to third countries. Where that happens, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep the data
Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a collaboration follows, for the period required by civil and tax obligations. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for limited periods.
Your rights
At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights write to isnenghi.elena@gmail.com.
